Over forty years of know-how and sound experience in the production of steel bushes (standard or to the customer’s specifications) have already been put into our bushings. We serve OEM markets of Construction and Drilling Machines, Agricultural Machinery, and Oil Hydraulic Cylinders and Equipment. All are made in Italy by Sibo srl. Our team of technicians is available to identify the treatment that is best suited for the application specified by the bushing of the customer.

Our bushings
  • Standard Bushings
    for a wide range of applications.
  • Cushion Bushings
    fitted inside hydraulic cylinders and “brake” the actual cylinder, avoiding sudden stopping and jerking movements of the machine.
  • Flange Bushes
    which are special bushes with a flange (or collar) that are mainly used in the jointed parts of rear excavators. Sibo manufactures these bushes in all the types offered for standard bushes and in the special versions. Special versions upon customer request are also available, such as front spiders.
  • Special Bushings such as
  • EVO tm bushings are heat treated and enable even longer live and lower friction (for high loads, longer greasing intervals and wide rotations.
  • JB tm bushings hardened but with a softer outer surface that can be machined to the desired outer diameter. HRC 5862 inner Perfect for repairing damaged housing on any parts of work machineries.
  • Smooth grooved, grooved inner opening, grooved bores inner openings, grooved bores outer openings.
The steel used

Steel E410 (EN 10305) or Steel 16MnCr5 (EN10305)
Material used in the production of non-standard dimension bushes (with outer Ø >115 mm): Steel E355 (EN10297) or Steel E470 (EN10297)

Some of the treatments that we and Sibo are able to offer include: parcolubrite, Nimox, Tennifer, Molicote and many others.
